Desde hace unos a\u00f1os se rumoreaba la posibilidad de realizar un Rallye Dakar Classic.<br \/>\nFinalmente en el verano del a\u00f1o 2020 se confirmaba que la edici\u00f3n 2021, tendr\u00eda una categor\u00eda para veh\u00edculos cl\u00e1sicos.
